Warranty Policy
At Epic Shop, we sell only new, genuine products that come with a valid manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty is valid when the product is used under normal conditions and starts from the purchase date indicated on your invoice. Purchasing from any Wolfiek Group store gives you direct access to the manufacturer’s warranty. During this period, all products supplied by Wolfiek Group are fully protected against manufacturing defects or faults arising from the production process.
Warranty Duration
The warranty period begins on the date shown on your invoice. For all new products in our stores, the standard warranty is 2 years.
How to Claim the Warranty
If you encounter an issue with a Wolfiek Group product, please contact our customer service team through:

Please provide the following:
- Your purchase invoice number
- Photos of the product (a video may also be requested to show the issue)
After receiving this information, we will process your warranty claim and keep you updated. If additional details are required, we will contact you directly.
What the Warranty Covers
The warranty covers defects caused by manufacturing, whether in the components or from the production process.
Resolution may include:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund
The warranty will be void if:
- The rifle has been improperly disassembled or reassembled
- Non-recommended lubricants have been used
- Non-original parts have been installed
- The product shows misuse or abuse
- The product was not used according to its intended purpose or instructions
What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- O-rings, bolts, seals, springs, cylinder heads
- Damage from user negligence
- Damage during shipping or transport
- Damage from misuse or improper maintenance
- Parts subject to normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by using the product on other objects or property
- Any additional related costs
The warranty also does not cover failures caused by third-party modifications. Shipping and transportation costs are excluded.
