Shipping Policy

General Shipping Information

We ship to most countries worldwide, with the exception of Russia and China.

Please note that during busy periods, shipping may take longer than usual. Orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse within 1–2 business days, excluding pre-orders. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details.

Important for air rifles: To ensure quality control, rifle orders are shipped within 1–5 business days, allowing our team to carefully inspect and test each product before dispatch.

Address Accuracy

To guarantee smooth delivery, provide a complete and correct shipping address, including phone number and street number. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

If a package is lost due to incomplete or incorrect address details, refunds or replacements cannot be issued.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after ordering, contact us immediately at shipping@wolfiekgroup.com. Do not contact the courier directly. We will handle corrections to avoid delivery problems. While we will do our best, changes cannot always be guaranteed in time.

Direct contact with the courier for address changes may cause complications. If the package is lost due to uncoordinated changes, we cannot provide refunds or replacements.

This policy ensures your order is handled safely and reaches you as intended.

Special Cases by Region

Turkey

Shipping to Turkey can be complex. Customers must contact us at shipping@wolfiekgroup.com before placing an order to confirm feasibility and ensure smooth processing.

Countries with Specific Legal Requirements

Certain countries have regulations that may require product adjustments (e.g., airguns). Customers in the following countries must consult us before ordering to ensure compliance with local laws:

  • Germany
  • Saudi Arabia
  • Argentina
  • Brazil
  • South Korea
  • Taiwan
  • Ukraine

Failing to consult us may result in shipping delays or customs issues.

Legal Compliance

It is your responsibility to ensure that purchasing and owning our products complies with local laws. Wolfiek Group is not liable for misuse or legal restrictions in your country.

Shipping to the EU, UK, and USA

If an order remains in transit for over 60 days, you may request a refund by completing the submission form. Refunds are processed 90 days after shipment to allow time for investigation.

Shipping to Other Countries

For non-EU countries (excluding the UK and USA), the buyer assumes responsibility for the shipment once it leaves Spain. This includes customs fees, transit issues, or delivery problems at the destination.

Customs Duties: Buyers are responsible for any import customs charges.

Once dispatched, Wolfiek Group is not responsible for transit or customs issues. Refunds or replacement shipments cannot be provided for these problems.

Countries We Do Not Ship To

We currently do not ship to Russia or China.
