Refund Policy

Changes and Cancellations

1 - If the order has not yet been prepared

  • Changes or cancellations can be made free of charge.

2 - If the order has been prepared but not shipped

  • Changes can no longer be made.
  • You may cancel the order. In this case, we will refund 90% of the order value and provide a 10% voucher for your next purchase.

3 - If the order has already been shipped

  • Changes or cancellations are no longer possible. Return and exchange terms will apply.
  • The only way to request a cancellation is by completing the Contact Form.

Important: If your order is shipped after you submitted a cancellation request, we must first recover the package before issuing the refund.

Cryptocurrency Payments (BTC, ETH, USDT)

Orders paid with cryptocurrency cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If you wish to return a product paid with cryptocurrency, the return must be requested within 14 days from the delivery date. You will receive a voucher valued between 70% and 90% of the product’s original price (as listed on the website at the time of purchase), depending on the condition of the returned item. This voucher can be used toward a new purchase.

Returns and Exchanges — European Union, United Kingdom, and United States

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to inspect your items and determine whether they meet your expectations, unless otherwise specified.

We strongly recommend checking your products immediately after delivery to ensure they are in perfect working condition and were delivered correctly.

Important: Optics that have been mounted cannot be returned. Please inspect the optic carefully before mounting.

To request a return or exchange, please complete the contact form, and we will provide you with the necessary instructions.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We do not cover customs duties, import taxes, or any related charges for returned items.
  • Returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for lost returns.
  • We are not liable for any issues that occur during the return shipment.
  • A product is considered returned only once it is delivered to our warehouse.

Once your return is received, you will be notified by email. Within seven days, we will inspect the item(s) and inform you whether the return or exchange has been approved.

Items returned without original packaging or not in perfect condition will incur a minimum 10% fee based on the total price.

Exchanges

If approved, you will receive a discount code equal to the value of the returned product, allowing you to place a new order within seven business days (shipping costs not included).

Returns (Refunds)

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within seven business days. Shipping costs, customs fees, and any additional charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Other Countries

Unfortunately, returns and exchanges are not accepted for countries outside the EU, UK, and USA.
